not able to set up back up for files & folders without program crashing

At the "Welcome to Acronis True Image Home 2010," I select "Back Up" for "Files & Folders." At the "File backup," I select "My Data." I then select "Documents," "Finance," "Images," "Music," "Video," "My Documents," and "Desktop." When I select "Next," the program cashes with the following message: "Acronis True Image has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Please help me to get this program working again. Thank you in advance.
