Not all backup files show in Acronis File Explorer
One of my latest issues with Acronis is that I have an incremental files/folders backup scheme set to make a full backup after 6 increments, storing no more than 3 versions.
In my backup folder, I see 1-7 backups of the first version and I'm now on backup 4 of the second. All seems good.
However, the Acronis File Explorer only picks up the original full backup of the first version and the 4 backups in the second. I would have expected to see all 11 files. Am I misunderstanding something here or is this yet another problem with Acronis?
Note, some of the backups in the first version chain were created by pressing the 'Backup Now' button as i was doing a lot of testing. Would this make a difference?
I'm running Win 7 Pro 64 bit.

Whether the files were created via a schedule or using the manual option, any backup files created by the same task should appear both in the storage folder and appear in the Aconris Backup Explorer--note my attachments. If your 2nd full is labelled as b2, then the 2nd should be appearing.

You can use the next example and use the "Add backup/browse feature" and highlite the non-listed files group and click the "add to backup" option. If the 2nd grouping was added via the same task, the highlighted files should appear within that group. If the 2nd grouping was added by another task, then a new task listing should appear on your main screen.
If there are still issues, consider posting a capture of your backup scheme.
Note, if during the creation of the 11 files, you performed edits to the backup task, it is possible that the task will self-correct but it may take a few more backup for that to happen.
