Not all partition backups available (ATIH 2011)

Thread needs solution

I've set up incremental backups every 2 hours with full backup after 5 versions.

If I explore backups not all are shown. All for today & yesterday but before that only 1-2 per day. All files appear to be present if I check with Windows Explorer.

Why is this?

Were all backups created by the same version of TrueImageHome and are you using the most current version 6574?

What happens when you click on the "Update backup list" option. Does it add any to your listing?

I assume you are clicking on your orignal task and selecting the "Explore all versions" and looking at the timeline of backups.

I am using the most current version which I did update to several days ago. This could explain the differences - although I wouldn't expect to lose old backups.

I am 'exploring all versions' but where is 'update backup list'?

The "update backup list" can be accessed from the help section in upper right;
or you can click on the "MyBackups" button for that option and as well as others related to the listing of backups.

Thanks for suggestion but 'update backup list' doesn't add anything. Not big issue I suppose if full backups available from now on (and problem caused by update?).
