This is not looking good.

Thread needs solution

I've downloaded and paid for Acronis True Image 2015. So far this is not looking good.

I continually get black screens -- essentially a dead application with no activity. All I'm trying to do is clone a disk. I thought that's what this product is supposed to do.

I've restarted the computer. I'm not sure what else I can do. Is there a refund available?

Or does someone know about some little trick that will cure this apparently poor software of its ills?

I think I've replied in your other thread, but, make sure you are attempting to clone from within the recovery environment and not from within Windows
