Not possible to provide System Report for Acronis Support
I have been requested by Rohith Acronis Support to email a System Report and have generated this but can't save it to send to him. This is because the SAVE button for the report on my 2 Toshiba 15.6'' laptops is below the screen and there is no scroll down facility to access it. Please help me overcome this difficulty as I have already spent 36 hours trying to do a test Recover PC on my 3 PCs.

Thanks Forum Hero for taking the trouble to answer my query. But I am puzzled. Not familiar with TI Recovery CD and I certainly don't have it. How do I access it? In fact I only have a customized boot DVD provided by Acronis on which the cursor freezes as soon as it gets into the boot area. The Acronis Universal Restore does not work on any of our 3 PCs - 2 laptops and one desktop - all working fine apart from recovery using Acronis True Image 2015. My Acronis product is Build 6525.
Hope you can give me instructions how to access the TI recovery CD. What does TI mean?

With Acronis program open to Acronis Main Menu,
Another method of creating the report is to do so from the TOOLs\MoreTools\Acronis System Report Shortcut menu
This method will creat the report from a Command windows and when completed,
will pop up a informtion window saying
automatically save the report to
c:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\SystemReport.zip
TI=True Image
ATI= Acronis True Image
TI Recovery CD is a user created Acronis True Image Recovery CD. This can be created by the user from the 2015 Tools Menu "Rescue Media Builder".
Also possible to download an ISO file from your own Acronis Web account and once downloaded, the ISO file can be burnt to CD to crreate an alternate Recovery CD which is the same as the one available from the TOOLs method.
Do create the CD as you will need this for your future recoveries anyway.
