Odd e-mail titled "Operation execution failed."???

Thread needs solution

Recently started getting e-mails from ATIH 2011 (Build 6696) on my Win7 (SP1) machine that look like this:

1 Error 3/3/2011 4:23:03 AM No such script 'F3913A2A-76C3-420B-9BD9-2C3505B36B76'.
2 Warning 3/3/2011 4:23:03 AM Failed to process pair
script:F3913A2A-76C3-420B-9BD9-2C3505B36B76.
3 Error 3/3/2011 4:23:03 AM Operation has completed with errors.

Can anyone tell me how to interpret this? Have to say, this is typical for Acronis software. I'm about ready to give up on them in disgust because their stuff is so buggy and poorly supported.

Thanks for any help,
-Randy

Did you upgrade from another version of ATI?
Did you recreate backup settings from an imported image?
Did you edit your backup settings in a significant way (ie backup scheme, destination, name)?

There can be many reasons why ATI ends up with issues in the backup scripts .

If you don't mind recreating your backup settings, the simplest solution is to:
- (optionally) copy, not move, the TIB files you want to keep to another directory. Hide this directory (properties),
- launch ATI
- export the backups settings,
- delete (not remove) all the backups,
- uninstall ATI,
- run the 2011 clean up utility,
- reboot
- reinstall ATI
- import your backup settings
- run your backups for a while.
- (optionally, continued) If everything is fine, unhide the directory where you have your older backups.
