Old backups in List of backup jobs and sorting backup job list

1. Can you keep it from finding old tibs on your drives and adding them to your backup list? Even after I remove them, they keep coming back and I end up with this large long to scroll list

2. If 1 isn't true, I know it sorts with the latest jobs on top, but the scroll bar always scrolls all the way to the bottom for me. If i'm using a slower remote control situation to look at the software, it takes sometime to scroll up this long list of auto discovered backups.

So...long list where I can't control what's in it (due to auto discovery of backups) that opens with it scrolled to the bottom.

Am sure there is a simple solution to this....but I missing it.
