Online Backup Account

Thread needs solution

I have purchased an online backup subscription, but the subscription does not appear on my account, and when I authenticate to the online backup module in the Acronis 11 home edition, the subscription does not appear, but says my subscription has expired even though I just paid for it today. Consequently, I cannot use the service. I am paying monthly, and my credit card has been charged (see attached).
