Online backup credentials

Thread needs solution

When trying to do my first online backup, the scheduler asks for credentials. The box for "username" was pre-populated with a string that includes my name. I entered my password, but the system said that was invalid. After two attempts, I overwrote the username string with my email, but that also fails.

How do I connect to the remote server?

Most likely this is caused either by incorrect credentials or a wrong password. Please make sure that you are entering the same credentials that you use to access your Acronis web-account. I would also recommend the following Knowledge Base article that deals with this issue.
