Online backup not accepting userid/password
I've got True Image Home 2012 with a trial online backup subscription and am having trouble doing a backup.
The Acronis user interface is logged into my account (has my userid in the top right corner and it has successfully logged in).
However when I try and do an online backup I get an immediate error:
"The specified user name and password foe remote resource '{0}' is incorrect. Check the user name and password and retype them"
Apart from the obvious bug of the insert to the message not being provided properly, I'm not sure I understand how the user interface is correctly logged into my account, but I can't do an online backup with this error.
Any help on this matter would appreciated so that I can test out the online backup option before the trial expires.
