Online Backup not working: Request result error. (0x98005F)

Thread needs solution

I'm running Acronis True Image Home 2010 and I'm in my online trial period; I started uploading early last week and it was going...slowly, but it was going. Now it won't connect; I get a message that the "operation failed" and the log says "Request result error. (0x98005F) | Tag 0xFBCF2EEB5A0350AB", then that the "Operation has been stopped. (0x170801)| Tag 0xBE4A335CC601F5E0", then at the "Operation has completed with errors."

Any ideas about this? It's pretty dang frustrating.
