Online storage - Error: Not all certificates were revoked

Thread needs solution

Hi there.

I'm trying to create an online backup job, but ATIH throws me this error.
Once I got the "The certification server is unavailable" but it didn't happen
again and now I get only this "Not all certificates were revoked".

Ping and telnet say that I can reach the hosts they mention in the articles

I have a working (terribly slow) sync folder amounting to 1.8GB but, in the online
storage web site, the used space is never updated (it appears updated in ATIH).

Any ideas?

I just tried everything the guys said in this thread http://forum.acronis.com/forum/22830
but deleting things didn't help and changing the password didn't help either.

One thing: If you delete the files in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup
(and I mean all of them, not just "client.crt"), you'll get an "The certification server is unavailable"
error. Just log out and in again and it disappears.

I'm pretty convinced by now that this is not the way. If I managed to produce an "The certification
server is unavailable" error, maybe this "Not all certificates were revoked" is related to something
else. Perhaps a missing file or something?
