Only 2015 Version Available - Really ?
Hi,
After finally getting True Image 2014 Premium (latest build) setup and working the way my customer requires, I want to buy another 3 pack of True Image 2014 Premium, like the others they have. I do not want to upgrade to 2015 as it took me long enough to understand 2014 nuances and to get it working to both my customer and my satisfaction.
I contacted Acronis and was told by customer service that I could no longer purchase 2014. As an alternative, I asked if I could then add two or three more licenses to the existing version. The only answer was to try and purchase 2014 from a third party.
Although I am not adverse to try 2015 at a later date, I feel that in this particular instance, it is not yet time to force a totally new update on my customer, especially after the time spent / training to use 2014.
It is unfortunate that Acronis either does not agree, or that my request has not been escalated to a high enough level.
I am therefore requesting a response from Acronis Corporate to be sure that the official Acronis answer is to purchase it from a third party.

This is true that directly from our website you can purchase only Acronis True Image 2015 version.
However, there might be a possibility of downgrade. Please send me a private message with details and I'll clarify the matter for you on Monday.
