Operation not supported - Operation has completed with errors

Hi

Just started to get this error a few days ago. Now I cant even to a manual backup.

There are no error cores in the Log.

Operation has completed with Errors

It is a daily backup to zip that has been working for YEARS

It is possible my machine when to sleep and the buffer for the external drive did not clear. However in the past when this happened, a manual back up resolved it.
