Thread needs solution

It would appear that although I have the latest version of TIH I am not entitled to free support! So I have looked at the FQA and I found the one showing that extremely annoying full screen message saying that operation are in progress... and I entered the following into the feedback untill I realised that it wouldn't know who I was sooo I show it below hoping that someone can answer it before I throw acronis software into the bin and use another vendor.

I found your screenshot on my screen an hour ago. As the PC was due to backup at 10:00 am( 1/2 hour before) I do not understand why this is occuring? My PC is on for at least 14 hours a day!
Please explain why this happened and what I can do to STOP it happening again as I will NOT have software taking over my PC and stopping me doing other work!?

I look forward to a prompt reply.
