Outlook 2007 backup Fails
I have attempted a first time scheduled backup of Outlook 2007 Pro using ATI Home 2011 (5519) with Vista Home Premium with all updates. I clicked on “Backup Now” to go ahead and back it up initially one time before the schedule kicks in on every Sunday but it constantly fails after multiple attempts and pc reboots.
I keep getting error #1326 as you can see in my attached screenshots. This indicates that my windows credentials are not recognized however when I set up the schedule it accepted my credentials fine when I entered them. I know the credentials are correct or else I wouldn’t have been able to logon to my pc in the first place.
I setup the backup with the following settings:
Single version scheme.
Check for Updates is unchecked.
Set performance to “normal”.
Saving to a second internal SATA drive E: which is the same type as my system drive C:
Backup is scheduled every week.
System power/sleep settings are set to “Never”.
Screensaver is turned “off”.
Executing “backup now” with same Windows user account login.
Logged in to Windows with a user account which is a member of the “Adminstrator” group.
Services are set to “log on with local account”, automatic, and is “started”.
