Plagued by BSOD's
Origonally Version 2010, latest build, now updated to 2011, but same issues
Win7 Pro clean install, all win7 compatible HW, HW makers drivers installed. No new HW or software.
System virus & malware clean. Intensive HD & memory tests passed.
WinDbg indicate a problem with afcdp.sys, a TI file
BSOD's do not occur if Acronis services & startups are disabled.
PS This is my 3rd post within last 10 days or so, I suspect all problems are related, but as yet have received no response to any

I'm glad to know that you've managed to resolve the BSOD issue. Still we would like to address NSB issues. Could you please kindly provide us with the following information which will help us to localise the issue:
- Detailed description of what's happening
- Exact sequence of steps performed
- Acronis System Report from the problem machine.
After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

After repairing win, reinstalled TI2011 and updated it. Deleted NSB data files
NSB now appears to be running OK
