Please help - image made on other computer

Good afternoon. Sorry for the bad english. I ask for help from people who know. I took out the hard disk with Windows 7 from the my laptop, connect it to another computer (XP), and made an image of laptop disk with Acronis True Image 2015. The image contains three sections: recovery, I and J. I thought then later i will restore the system from this image. However, attempts to restore the system fails, because instead of partition C i have partition J (I understand that it was stupid make image on other computer...). Is there any possibility to restore the system. I would be very grateful for the help.
