Problem before installing trial version, no register key

Thread needs solution

Hi,
Register Key is not in my e-mail box, so I can not install. It is not a Spam of filter problem. To contact support I need to register a product, and without install, I have no product to register. Login and password are ok, I am logged in. So I know that my e-mail adress is correct. I can't go ahead and I don't know what to do. Help please.

Then, start over. First thing it does is send you the a password. This email has a link that asks you to confirm and will start the download. From there, it is supposed to send you an email with the registration code. If you didn't get it, I suggest you use the password to get into the customer support system. Then use the Contact Us link https://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html the Support KB article says "Customer Care - requests about website, My Account, serial numbers," so I'd pick that option, and use Live Chat or Email option.

FWIW, I just tested it with my Yahoo account and got an email asking to confirm. I clicked confirm. About five minutes later I got the key in another email.

Alain, the recovery serial number page works for full registered licenses only.

If you want to install a trial version of our software but don't receive an email with test serial number, please add no-reply@acronis.com to your list of contacts.

Hello everyone,
In fact, I did not receive the very first e-mail.
I clicked on the button "just give your e-mail adress", but no e-mail in the box.
Then I tried the "Forget your password ?".
This worked well. I received a new password and could login sucessfully.

So, the first e-mail is from "noreply@acronis.fr" and says something like (in french)
"Get back your password".
The second e-mail is from "no-reply@acronis.com" and says something like (in french)
"Thanks, you can now go to your backup cloud".

No confirmation to download, no key, nothing to use.
If I try once again, the answer is "you allready have 30 days to test the product".
I see that I can receive the e-mails from "noreply@acronis.fr" and from "no-reply@acronis.com"
so I know I have no problem with these adresses.
