Problem Recovering Files from Cloud

I have been trying for 2 days to connect to the cloud to recover files. This has happened in the past. It is a problem that seems to come and go so I don't think it is a wrong setting. I have no problem with the daily scheduled backup. I think it is a problem with Acronis' server. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It is very frustrating. I am thinking of abandoning Acronis and going to something else like Carbonite. What's the use of backing up if you can't recover!!
