Problem running further backup to Synology diskstation

Dear Forum members,

# several days ago I created successfully a backup of my complete laptop. The backup was saved to a synology diskstation DS211j. Everything went well. I have access the the drive from my laptop and I also could open the backup with the acronis software.
# if I want to start a new backup process (not complete, only the changed objects), the data need to be added to the existing file/folder
# when I start the process, I get the message "Fehler beim Öffnen der Datei"
# the log file is attached

# if I go to "recover" I have normal access the existing backup file --> no network or access right problem of the mapped drive.

have you any hint how to fix it?

I run on the Synology Diskstation the version DSM 3.1 - 1613 and on the laptop ACRONIS True Image Home Update 1 Built 6696 on Windows7

This is a Synology DSM 3.0 issue, you can contact Synology support to receive a hotfix. Please check this article for additional information.
