problem with True Image 2013

hello. sorry for bad english.
I use True image 2013.
Used to make a backup on your computer configuration:
Intel Core i3-3240 3.4GHz / motherboard gigabyte-H61M-S2PV / DDR3 4GB

Now I have another computer:
Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz / motherboard gigabyte-H81M-S2PV / DDR3 4GB

When trying to run Asronis from a flash drive black screen appears and nothing more.
The program is loaded and make a backup disk, I can not.
What could be the problem? The problem may be new hardware or BIOS settings or is it something else?
