Problem with Windows media player 2005 edition after cloning with ATIH2011

Computer - Dell Dimension E520, OS Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
Since i cloned my hard drive to a larger drive same manufacturer I cannot use media player to playback dvds, I get an error msg - decoder error decoder not installed or is malfunctioning, any suggestions. Problem is with the New drive. Cloning methods used, AUTO then AS IS
