Problem woith Online backUp after updating to ATIHome 2011 build 6942?

Hi -

I've been using Acronis True Image 2011 successfully on my desktop for several months now. I recently decided to tyry out the one month free trial on Acronis Online BackjUp and downloaded the Online backUp client and installed it.

Things seemed to wortk OK. Over afew days I managed to slect the files and foldersv that I wanted to backup and generated about 35GB of online storage. Ok it took a while to do the initial backups of my selections, but having got throuygh the initial backup, sunsequent daily backups went much smooyher - presumably because they're only backing up the changed files. So things seemed to be fine.

However, having recently found that there was an update for Acronis True Image 2011, I downloaded it and installed it so that my ATI 2011 (Hi=ome Edition) is the Plus Pack version Build 3 release 6942. This ran through OK BUT i now have a problem that when I go to the Online BackUp screen, I can only see my PC listed and no folders/files listed below it. If I click on the PC name it disappears, the message "Loading" appears momentarily and then vanishes and I have nothing displayed in the list area of backed up files. See attached scren capture. I can't click on the PC names displayed to expand them ionto any tree structure.

Both True Image Home 2011 on the desktop and the Acronis Online backUp seem to be working - viewing the event logs show they are running and I can hear Hard disk activity as files are scanned.

SO - is ther a problem withrunning Acronis Online backUp with this latest release of ATIH Desktop (6942)?
How can I access my online storage?
Can this be resolved before my trial month expires (so that I don't have to re-start the online baxckup from scratch?

I would appreciate assistance.
