Problems with Sync Agent syncagentsrv
I am using ATIH 2012 on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit System. The Windows Reliability Report ("Zuverlässigkeitsüberwachung") delivers nearly daily the included error message. Any ideas / suggestions?

I could find the problem in some folders (foldernames: caracter case "Java" in sync source and "java" in sync destination), which made problems to sync agent service. I also excluded folders ".sync" from accessing through norton internet security (made also an update of norton internet security 2012 to the newest version) and CyberLink MediaLibrary Service and Windows Indexer Service. Onother problem where folders and files with folder/filename longer the 259 characters, which cause syncagentsrv.exe to crash.
For one folder (it seems also to be a problem folder for sync agent) I copied the files and their file information data with robocopy /copyall to the sync destination and now Sync Agent ignores this folder.
But with this actions I only could reduce the amounts of crahes by syncagentsrv.exe (to one or two per day). Now Sync Agent gets finished after a while, the green icon is shown "all synchronizations are finished", but after some seconds the Sync Agent starts from the beginning and makes a new analyse of the sync folders allthough there are no changes in files and folders from any others programs running.
I use windows 7 64Bit.

It seems that I solved my problem with acronis sync agent. It is now finishing synchronization and the trueimagemonitor icon becomes a green dot. The problem was the folder C:\Users\username\documents\My Stationary, which was created and used by Microsoft OneNote (Stationary jpg picture files and htm files). Sync Agent was not able to synchronize C:\Users\username\documents completetly, because the subfolder "My Stationary" is write protected. I deleted sync task for C:\Users\username\documents and made a single task for C:\Users\username\documents\My Stationery. This task could be finished. After this I modified sync task back to C:\Users\username\documents and after a while sync agent gets ready and keeps ready. In addition to this I also made a clean computer start by deactivating all autostart objects und after reboot and a finished sync I started step by step each autostart program to see if one influences the sync agent. But all could be startet without any influence to sync agent.
But after finishing a sync task it is recommended to stop syncagentsrv.exe by services.msc and set the service starttyp to "manual". I could see a problem with sync: If one deletes inadvertently a file in a synchronization source folder (which perhaps is then pushed to paper basket), sync agent also deletes the file in the sync destination folder. If you than recover the deleted file from paper basket to sync source folder, acronis sync agent will then also delete the restored file in sync source folder, because in destination folder it is already deleted to keep the two synchronization folders identical and synchronized.
I think this is a bug and also very dangerous, if one deletes inadvertently a file in a synchronization folder. No change to restore, only perhaps from a acronis backup.
