product registration? TIH 2010

Thread needs solution

Hi, I have tried to register a support case for this but it has not been replied to.
Im trying to get support for ATIH 2010 - recently upgraded to.
(great product)
the upgrade has not been registered in my account and therefore i seem unable to get support for it! I have waited over a week for a reply and im worried that my 30 days support will expire before i actually get in touch!
any ideas?

I may be missing something here. You need to go to your registered products page and manually enter it. At that time you will need to enter your serial number.
