Program seems to hang at 130% complete

I have been running my backup program that I set up in Acronis True Image 2010. For the past few weeks, the program status says that it is at 130% and constantly says "calculating time left".

When I click cancel, nothing happens. It says cancelling, but it never does. I have to go into task manager and kill the processes sometimes more than once and the icon never disappears from the notification area.

I run Windows 7 64 bit with Classic Shell for Win 7 on an i7 920 quad cpu.

Help would be appreciated.
