Purchased ATI 2015 Upgrade ... registered to my paypal email ... not my acronis email ...

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I purchased an Acronis 2015 upgrade very recently ...

they registered my serial number to my paypal email address ...

they never did that before

they would let me register my serial numbers under my acronis account before which is under a different email address

I purchased it recently but have no Paid Support because I don't have an account with Acronis under the email address they registered the serial number to

Do I call them to sort this out ?

Sorry work nights, not the surprise I was looking for ...

I just checked the Acronis website is refusing account recovery on the email address they mistakenly registered my purchased serial number to

Bobby, I've answered your yesterday's message. BTW there is an account registered onto the email address where your serial number is registered now (otherwise no license registration would be possible). If you have access to that email box you can retrieve the password to this account.
