Hi there,
For too long I am trying to get on-line backup working. I communicated with 6 different "support professionals", all stating that they are keen on solving my problem.
I was asked to installed additional software to gather syste information during a running session. So I did and sent it to Acronis.
Again days past by....
And again, another support pro asks for additional info.
The story repeats itself.
While waiting for answers from Acronis I went for another on-line backup provider.
I have found "www.onlinebackupprovider.nl".
And, believe it or not, their software installed in 1 run (minor issue with Kaspersky) and from there on, backup after backup ran without any problem.
Yes, its a Dutch company, and yes, the website and the software is in Dutch only, but I am sure you will overcome this minor issue and create YOUR online backups; you may break down your backupset in several session, backing form a NAS is also possible.
I would say, give it a try!!
I am very satisfied and I uninstalled all Acronis software.
