Re-Activation new PC says email/password invalid- verified it's correct though

I just used universal restore to move my Windows installation to a new box, & now when I try to re-activate the Acronis True Image Premium 2014, it asks me for email/password of my Acronis account to re-activate it.

I changed my password using the online form, & it still won't take.

I verified the email address I'm using is the right one by using the serial number web form, and all my logon information is indeed correct, but the app won't let me re-activate.

Please someone from Acronis help me!

thank you for your posting and welcome to our forum!

Basically we need to make sure that the serial number in your program (Help- About Acronis True Image) is registered under email address you enter in "Too many activations" wizard. If serial number in program and serial number registered under account are identical and page still doesn't accept email/password combination, please send me screenshots of  error message and "Help- About Acronis True Image" windows in a PM.

I just tried typing the password in case it was an issue with the app requiring that it be typed rather than pasted, but no help- same error.
