Hello, unfortunately it sounds as if you have some bad DVD's in your set of 11 disks and that will break the backup image file continuity making it unusable for recovery.

I can only suggest trying to copy the contents from the DVD's on different systems in case another DVD drive has better luck at reading the disk contents.  Unless you can recover all of the backup image files from all 11 DVD disks then there will be no way to recover Windows from these.  You will need to have an alternative backup source, i.e. on an external USB hard drive perhaps?

to clarify some things.
its only one disk that will not read completely.its the # 9
some of my friends claim to have the same problem with  there number #9 disk.
it must be  read protected some how.  it acts the same.some cd or dvd  can cot be copied.so i thing its something with encryption  or copy protection.
now i think Acronis engeniers should be able to help with  this.
thanks

Asko, I can only suggest that you contact Acronis Support directly to see if they can help with the DVD's as this is technically a recovery issue.
