Please see post: 100401: Converting an Acronis 2016 image file to *.vhd or restore a *.tib as a virtual machine which may offer some ideas for you to try.

Note: ATIH 2016 does not support recovery from backup images created before ATIH 2013, as per KB document: 1689: Backup Archive Compatibility Across Different Product Versions

Thank for answer, but it doesn't solves my problem, because I can't find any destination in recover. I belive the main problem is file system of disk (about this file system nobody heard for 2000).

Sorry, but if you have a backup of your Files-11 file system created by ATIH 2011 then it could only have been created in sector-by-sector mode as that version of ATIH did not support this file system directly.

See KB document: 13648: Acronis True Image Home 2011: Supported File Systems

If you still have a copy of the ATIH 2011 bootable Rescue Media or can download this from your Acronis Account, assuming this was registered to your email address, then you could recover this OpenMVS backup image to another disk drive by using the same sector-by-sector restore approach.

How you would get this to work in a Virtual Hard Disk (VHD) is beyond my knowledge or the scope of this forum which is for Acronis products only.
