Recovery stops at black screen after reboot (Windows 7 in HP Laptop)

Hello!

Im trying to recovery my laptop with windows 7 and i cant because i started the recovery and then Acronis says me i need to restart, I clic on restart and the Laptop reboots, Acronis starts in black screen and white font says something like this "Startin Acronis recovery service", and then nothing happen... 10 minutes in black screen everything and i push the button to turn off my laptop (-.-)!

I downloaded Acronis True Image 2011 to try and its the same...

Right now i going to try whit the old Acronis i use for recovery i dont remember the version i thing the 2010 works fine for me..

Thanks, some help please =D.

PS: I use the trial version of Acronis 2012 and 2011 it have something to do?

Do the recovery when booted from the user created TrueImage Bootable Recovery CD.

The advantage of using the bootCD is that you don't have to be mucking with the windows boot manager. Either way you're going to boot into a linux environment and be dependent of the hardware drivers that Acronis has available under linux -- usually not a problem.

Don't forget to ignore drive letters when restoring, go by volume size or names -- linux and windows don't always assign drive letters in the same order.

i Can't with the BootCD either, a Black screen with white letters Starting Acronis True Image... and never starts =(

Ugh. Sounds like something on your machine doesn't like ATI. Unless someone else can chime in, at this point I can only suggest talking to Tech.

Howver, at this point, I'd try the operation again and waiting for longer than ten minutes, just in case the software (program) set up in memory and scanning for disks taking longer than that.
