Thread needs solution
Near the end of my 30 day trial on the evening of 30 October, I purchased unlimited service for one PC. Now, in the License tab of the product software I can see that I am activated and I can see my serial number. But . . .
In the Account tab I see a warning notice that my subscription expired on 10/30/14, and that my data will be deleted from the Acronis Cloud in 28 days. As well, I am seeing a regular notice from my Win 7 tray with a similar warning. So . . .
Will the accounting department catch up with all of this over the weekend? Or is there actually an issue here? There does not appear to be any customer contact venue available just now, and I certainly don't wish to prolong the uncertainty.
