Remote Backup Password Problem

I have Acronis True Image Home, version 10, and I am unable to do a Backup to a remote NAS because of the following error: "Username and Password for the remote resource is incorrect".

I used the "Create and configure backup locations" tool to enter the folder name and NAS device username/password. I have tried doing the backup with and without a backup file password.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I found another post that suggested reloading the Acronis Scheduler. I did and and all is now working. Fingers crossed!
