Repeated Acronis crashes when setting up Cloud backup
I am running build 6514, on a computer running Windows 7 x64.
I am in the middle of a one month trial of Acronis Cloud and, because of bandwidth limitations I have to upload my data in increments of 3-5 GB, which means I have to set up my cloud backups every day. While selecting files for back up, I have had recurrent problems of Acronis crashing. I'll get a message that says something like "a problem caused Acronis 2013 to stop functioning properly. Windows will check for a solution and notify you. Click here to close." Sometimes that message will come up as soon as I attempt to access the screen to set up my backups.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to trouble shoot this problem? The back-up itself seems to work fine, and I think things will be fine if I can ever get my data uploaded, but I'm beginning to wonder if that's ever going to happen.
