[RESOLVED] License Only Upgrade -

Thread needs solution

On Sep 6, 2012 I requested assistance in updating my current single user license to a three user family pack. [01671294] [ref:_00D30Zcb._50050HuPrK:ref]

When the information request was posted, it said please allow three business days for a response.

Unfortunately, I need to get my wife's new computer up and running, configured as she needs it sooner than that (end date would be Sep 10, 2012 for the request).

I was hoping someone on this forum would provide the needed guidance for making it happen today. (9/9).

If not, I'll just have to wait. Given that the question was of a non-technical nature, I thought the request would have been fairly simple.

The new version (2013) appears to add several features that I really can't use. The upgrade to 2013 does not seem to offer a substancial change in the existing features for 2012. This is especially with my rural ISP connection and the volume of data that would have to be put into place for the off-site backup capability (very slow upload speed - 1.5MB (on a good day); > 400GB of data)...

I have another solution that works well for my computer, and I want to extend it to two other systems at home - yet can't do so legally without a license upgrade.

If anyone can provide the link that will direct me to a license update only, I would be very grateful.
