Hi,

I have a problem booting from the recovery media.
My notebook DELL E5510 crashed cause of HD error. So I have replaced the HD and created a recovery media CD. Boot with it does not start the UI.

At the command prompt I get the error message:
Framebuffer mode initialization failed.

Try to enter "product" command results:
SysSaverApp: unable to set video mode 640x480x4
Aborted

Is it possible to use any option to start the UI in another display mode?

Sorry, I solved this problem.
I have used the utilty unetbootin to transfer the ISO file to the USB stick for booting. This will not work.
After I have used the instructions from http://kb.acronis.com/content/1526, everything works fine.
