Restore from a backup of a running System

Hello,

i can not restore a backup i made out of a running windows system.
I want to copy my data to a new SSD. The current SSD is encrypted, so i made a backup out of a running Windows 7 - 64. I selected the whole content =
MBR, Pre-boot OS for encryption, Windows-Startpartition, Windows C:

Now the problem:
I placed the new SSD in my laptop, boot from USB-drive and choose the image i made.
Now i should choose a targed for every single partition.
Usually i made a fullbackup booting from a acronis USB-drive, restore it to a drive and ready!
The method to restore a drive out of a running system image is not so easy. how can i do this the best way?
