Restore backup from SD card failed
Hello:
I am attempting to restore data from a full backup image to the main C: partition from an NTFS-formatted SD card with a 32GB capacity. In a prior attempt, I tried formatting the SD card as an ex-FAT filesystem and got the same error.
The error I am receiving occurs after the machine reboots from Windows and begins the restoration. The error is: "Failed to open backup F:\04202013_full_b1_s1_v1.tib. Make sure the backup location is accessible and contains all versions of the backup. This backup may also be corrupted."
Some notes:
I have validated the image in Windows before performing the restore job; there are no errors.
I have the event code from this error: 0x01E50013+0x01E50018+0x000B041D+0X00040007.
The error code above did not yield any results from: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
As stated above, I have formatted this card with different filesystems, hoping that was the issue.
Should I try another media type to use as the image source or is the file itself corrupt? I am unsure how to proceed. Thank you for any advice you may have.
