Restore doesn't work

Thread needs solution

I am running "Acronis True Image Workstation with universal restore 9.1 (Build: 3,887.
When I try to restore using the program on the computer I get the message attached. When I click reboot the screen goes back to the home image and nothing happens.
The initial backup and 5 incremental archives are in a folder on the "D" drive. I am trying to restore from #4. It makes no difference which file I select I get the same problem.
When I try to restore from an Acronis recovery CD the software sees the "D" drive but won’t read it. I am trying to restore the "NTFS" partition on the "C" drive.
I am trying to restore using the same software I used to create the backups and there have been no changes to the hardware configuration.

Hello Lloyd,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

Please download ISO image from your account under Registered Products and create Acronis bootable disc using third-party software. ISO image is based on different loader which has more embedded drivers, it will certainly solve the issue with drive recognition. If not please let us know.
