Restore issue with TEXT_LINEX_ERROR_COMMON_DIRECT_RW_FAILED (0x590001)

I have had a HD issue. I replaced the HD, and am trying to restore a verified backup done in TrueImage 2010. I have gotten the error above.

I looked up the issue, and I have not seen any reference to it during a restore, only during B/U.

I have downloaded the latest TI 2010 ISO from the website for a restore to a virgin HD, but I am getting the same error.

I have also tried a restore with TI 2013, and I do not get the error above, but the restore gets stuck about the same area as where TI 2010 was giving the error, and does not go further. It has been at the same location overnight.
