Is there a way to restore the Windows 7 registry via a TrueImage full drive backup?

Try & Decide destroyed my Windows 7 install (almost every time I used it, it wouldn't apply its changes, nor on reboot, etc), and I'm trying to figure out how to fix what happened. (I can't restore my backup in its entirety, because TrueImage says it's corrupt)
