Restored files have wrong time

I did a restore test using a recover CD and a lot of the older files have the wrong time - it's 1 hour later than it should be.

e.g. My original file has 27 Nov 1995 11:07pm, the restored file has 28 Nov 1995, 12:07am

If I look in the tlb file - they have the correct time

However more recent files in the restore have the correct time - I think anything after 2009
