Resume a large set of backuped files but from a different path

Hi,
I've an Online backup of my document folder and the public folder. It is around 150 GB and took my weak Internet connection around one month to back it all up... However, after some serious headache followed by a fresh installation of windows, I've reorganized my folders in a different way than before. The million dollar question is if it is possible to change the paths in the cloud storage, since all the files are exactly the same as before my reorganization, so I don't have to start over with a new month of upload?
