Run List is Corrupted - True Image 2010 - Disc Clone

Hello, like many others report Acronis True Image Home 2010 (build 7046) is producing the following error when trying to clone main system disc:
Failed to prepare operations. Error code:9 'A file system error has been found.' with extended error code:458,780 'Run list is corrupted.'
I have read all messages relating to this and have run CHKDSK from boot and no problems exist with system disc. I have tried running Acronis from bootable media and this produces same error message.

I am running win 7 64 bit Professional. I have tried disabling McCaffe and still get same error message.

I used to be able to clone discs without this problem but now get the error message. As someone suggested I downloaded the free version of HDClone which works with no problems, it just takes a long time!
Please help as this is most annoying especially as a free program works and Acronis does not!
