Runtime Error
I am using True Image 10 and I recently tried to restore a backup and for some reason whether I restore to the original location or to a new folder I get a runtime error about a minute into the process. I tried restoring a different backup from a previous day and get the same problem... anyone have any ideas?

Hello.
I had the same issue with Acronis True Image 10 today. Was this problem already solved?
I am using the newest build 7.0xx, but it is not possible to recover any of my last backups. After updating to the new build Acronis crashes while trying to make a new complete backup in the sheduler. The strange thing is: the sheduler stay running while acronis is crashing. After a restart of Acronis the backup process is still in progress. Very strange.
Currently I am waiting for the backup finish and hope that the new backup can be recovered. But the creashes are really not a good sign.
The point is: Acronis worked fine till today. Some months ago I've recovered the same backup files already several times, but the same backups are not readable anymore today.
I am using Windows 7 64bit.
I am really disappointed, because I made a backup of all my daily work in the last months and none of the files can be recovered.
Greetings from germany
Chris

Additional info:
Yesterday Acronis finished the new main file backup, I mentioned in my post before, although the program crashed - the running sheduler made the work. Recovering the new backup worked, too.
Later I've installed the recovery manager and restarted my system with it. The recovery manager was not able to recover my older important backups, which were made before the new backup yesterday. The Recovery Manager freezed, after I choosed one of my older backup files to browse in it. The file was not loaded. I was able to move my mouse, but had to restart the system.
Maybe it helps you to know, that I've made incremental backups. I made a lot backups... there was one main backup and later 104 incremental parts. This is much, I know, but it should work, right?
I hope someone can help me to recover my older backups, that was made with the version before the new 2010 build (v. 7046).
This is all my work and I need the data sometimes for my clients.
Best wishes
Christoph

I'm having same issue.
Acronis worked fine until recently. Now i'm receiving runtime errors during recovery and disk clone. I am using Windows 7 64bit. Acronis 2010 build 7046.
Acronis---does it really take over a year to reply to our posts and find a solution to our problem?
This type of issue has been ongoing since build 53xx, then 6209, now 7046...PLEASE GIVE US SOME ANSWERS (and not more blurb about how we need to send you more dr. watson reports for you to analyze, or asking us to try a clean uninstall/reinstall and as well as install of SNAP drivers...
thx

Absolutely agree.
I will move soon to "Nero BackItUp" Have tested it for some times and it is completely ok. No problems to write or get backups back...
