SD / Mmc and CF card not working

Hi, I had ATIHE 2012 and before the 6131 version I did not experience this problem.
I insert a card, any card, and I get the message "Please insert disk into the drive (letter)". I can see the card in My computer, but I cannot read/write.
If I do a change of drive letter or a format of the card I can access it normally.
I had to remove Acronis.
Please help

This fixed the problem for me: I went to device manager and uninstalled all drivers for the card reader (mine had 5 located in the "disk drive" folder). On reboot, Windows re-installed the drivers and the card reader now works. Acronis 2012 build 6131 now works as does the card reader.
