Thread needs solution

I origonally got the err msg that the certificate had expired, now get the above err.
I followed instructions in this post to delete the cert, restarted Acronis, but no change.

On restart no new cert. is downloaded
I note that problems with expirered cert's were origonally posted back in 2009, but nothing appears to have changed.
The problem is on two PC's, only glad I only opted for the monthly subscription, which I'm unlikely to be continueing with.

you dont say if you are using the online installer, or true image, but have you tried re-installing the software with the latest edition?
if yes, i'd follow this and upload the output to a ticket to the support panel.

Yes updated to latest version of TI and latest build. On line backup now running, but its slooooooooow, and I'm on a quick BB fibre connection
