(SOLVED) ATIH2010 don't start !!! AppName: trueimage.exe-AppVer: 13.0.0.7046-ModName: msvcr80.dll

Hi,
when i want to start Trueimage i receive this message:

AppName: trueimage.exe AppVer: 13.0.0.7046 ModName: msvcr80.dll
ModVer: 8.0.50727.4053 Offset: 000046b4

Xp sp3
raid 1
antivir
l'n's

I've read other topics but i not resolve my problem.
I'll want to use ATIH2010

Uninstall TI2010 with Acronis cleaner
restart pc
Uninstall Seagate disk wizard (i forgot it)
restart pc
ccleaner
regcleaner
tweknow reg cleaner
restart pc
install TI2010
